Here at Sunday Sustainable Bakery we strive to be as Certified Organic as possible, simultaneously balancing our social and environmental duty of care to minimize food miles, work within the seasons, purchase locally and reward fair trade.
With this in mind we source ingredients that are fair and viable for us as a bakery and good value for you as a customer, whilst safeguarding the ecological and financial sustainability of our suppliers. We aim for transparency and would love to answer any questions you might have.
